The following is a really easy recipe for shark from Val, Eric's stepmom. Go for it!
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. capers
- 2 tsp. picante sauce
- 1 lb. shark, cut into large chunks
Combine first 6 ingredients. Marinate shark chunks in this mixture for 30 minutes. Put on grill for 3-6 minutes until done, depending on size of chunks. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
