- filet of fish
- Italian bread crumbs
- parmesan cheese
- egg white or egg substitute
Combine Italian bread crumbs with parmesan cheese. About 1/8 cup of cheese to 1 cup bread crumbs. Adjust amount of cheese to taste. You can add garlic powder for a more garlic taste.
Dip fish fillets in egg white and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place the coated fish in a glass baking dish. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, 15 minutes for well done.
This is also great with Salmon and Steelhead.
