Drove by on the way to Reno Saturday and wanted to fish the inlet but low and behold lake lice heaven on earth was partying there and being a bit hungover from the night before and decided to mosey on over to Reno. Drink/gamble/drink/outdoor hot tub/drink/gamble,you get the drift. Sunday finally we leave sin city and stop at spot X on the Truckee Rv. in CA for a look-see and packed with yakkers and floaters and construction stuff but did walk over and take a peak at the river. Back up the hill to Boca Baby Boca and stop at the dam for a bit(2 beers)tossed a couple diff. lures out but with the wind blowing as hard as it was decided to change to PB and drink a beer.Within 30 sec. fish-on. On the stringer it went. Thought it was gonna be an in and out limit day,but not. The fish were holding close to shore. Every time I reeled in the little buggers would hit my PB(didnt matter what color). So home we went to watch CHP do the traffic stops(they were in full force up and back). Be carefull when you drive to Reno as they were changing between one to two lanes of flow in each direction day by day with extra added obsticle,s like crashes to slow you down. Now the pics !

The little guy went to a friend at the bar when we got home which is my usual ritual to pass out the spoils of our trip when we pull into town. Had I read your report first I would have given it to to you for the smoker. I think I can smell the soak before the smoke from your house now !

Thanks for the report Jake!  As soon as I get the Little Lady off to work (0700), I'm heading up that way to soak a worm or two.
